💡Feature Idea: Faster Turn Around for Assistance

As a suggestion I would like to see faster turn around to get questions answered. As a paid subscriber I asked a question and it took from Aug 17th to August 26th to get an answer back from Mural. I suggest a faster turn around time like I see in other similar platforms.
