Requirements for Mural @Surface Hubs
Hello,
today we tested mural together with Surface Hubs S2.
The goal is to conduct hybrid workshops in the future.
There were a few things that didn't work well for us:
Arrows:
We didn't find a way to create arrows live on Surface Hub conveniently.
Is there a way to quickly create arrows? The docking points for Post-its are currently missing and the arrows have to be created manually.
Timer:
The timer does not generate a sound on our Surface Hub.
in In the IOS app there is a button "End voting" for voting. This button also appears for normal members, but has no function.
Boards created with the Hub:
If a mural board is created with the Hubs and participants are invited, the participants do not get facilitator rights.
Strangely enough, the members have certain rights (e.g. export), but are only displayed as normal participants.
Once the session is cleared, we have not found a way to name a new facilitator.
The boards also cannot be send back to the Surface hub if the session got cleared.
New licenced User:
The Surface Hub S2 automatically enters our workspace and generates a new licensed user there.
That this user is included in the user limit is unfavorable because we then also block a license for each Surface Hub.
