💡Feature Idea: Resizing Objects

When creating templates or aiming for a uniform look it can be frustrating to resize multiple shapes using the corners only.

It would be helpful to be able to specify height and width units for objects using text input, instead of having to drag the corners of each object to fit a specific dimension.

I see your point. As a workaround, I set everything shape to default size (via selection + toolbar) and then I select and resize all of them that should have the same size (via SHIFT/CTRL keys + left mouse button + dragging). Maybe this would help you, too?

  • Appreciate the thought. This does work somewhat to be sure, but it lacks the specificity that I'd like. Even with the method you mentioned I still end up with shapes that are multiple px off in some dimension.

Maybe it would be helpful to have a shortcut like in graphic apps or PowerPoint for a more precise scaling when dragging the size with the mouse, like pressing CTRL while resizing. Maybe it already exists, will have to look that up. Would that help you more?
