💡 Feature Idea: Hidden facilitator notes

It would be great to be able to add facilitator notes or talking points to a Mural, especially if you're going to be using presentation mode or facilitating a workshop/training through a board. These notes should be able to be hidden from view of any non-facilitator.


1. What you want to be able to do in MURAL

I want to be able to add hidden notes that are visible only to the facilitator. It would be good to have these linked outlines, areas and even individual elements.

2. The problem you are trying to solve

The problem is I would like to use Mural instead of Powerpoint to facilitate training and workshops, however right now I don't have the ability to put in my facilitator notes or talking points, so I will have to have powerpoint or Onenote open on my other screen whilst trying to facilitate the session on Mural on the other screen.

3. Why this helps everyone (or many people)

I think all facilitators could benefit from this as per point 2 notes.

    i like the idea of having "secret" notes for myself. Currently I have some in other documents like Excels with the time schedule. Would be cool to have it all in one place.

    This would be a great future but also would like to be able to have the choice for these notes not be hidden from the mural participants.

    I would appreciate this function too - now I use everything from paper to Google keep… It would be great to have my notes organized where it belong.
