Hello

Just looking for a simple last planner - pull planning template.

Something to mimic what we do in a big room to pull plan all activities in streams (different color stickies): Like this photo only virtual with streams in each row and days across in each column.

Kind of like the PL Planning Template only for a longer time line and for a larger group.

We typically do this in a big room but want something we can work on across offices / regions etc.

    We already use mural for pull planning(LPS).


    1. What we miss is the ability to show relationships between tasks.

    2 Detail we need to add to a sticky

    task

    Duration/# of people required for a task

    Description of the task that is required to be finished for task to begin

Categories
