HELP!! 'View Only' mode for Mural (for my clients?)

I use the 'visitor link' for my clients and today a client was only able to View and not interact (i.e. could not move post it notes, type in them etc). Ive been using Mural for 12 months with my client and this has never happened before.

Any ideas on what i can do to fix it?

    Hi Angela,

    Irish here from MURAl support. Can you please check the permission that you gave to your client if its "view only" if so, please change the permission to "edit" in order for your client to add content onto the canvas :)
