✅ Adopted Feature Idea: No Export available?
Since a couple of days, I am trying to export some areas from a MURAL Board to PDF. I get the usual notification to wait a few minutes, but I simply do not get any mail to download the file, since at least 2 days. Thats frustrating, I need to finish a documentation...
What can I do to fix this, is there an alternative way to the download an area as PDF-File?

Same here. I've not been able to export for a week or so now and as far as I know, nothing has been changed on our setup. Have you tried to check back with customer support?

I checked back with the customer support. They told me to whitelist a couple of IP-adresses. I changed again nothing and the other day it worked again. So at the moment it is working again, but I have still no clue, why the export is somestimes broken...

I've deinstalled the MS Teams App and Integration yesterday and suddenly I've received mails again. Was strange, because I cannot change the Notification settings to MS Teams again after reinstalling the app, but it looks like that I can export again :-)
