User gets new User-Account (suddenly)
I did not find a tread for user management (there might be, but things are going fast).
I have a user that has got new email-address. The result became that she got a new "room" in Mural.
We are having an enterprise work space and azure connection to Mural. When the user got new e-mail-address she does not be able to access the old account room.
I tried to "Remove" the old account and transfer the content of the old account to the new room. The user has not received any content yet...
Does this take long time?
Is there a better way?
