User gets new User-Account (suddenly)


I did not find a tread for user management (there might be, but things are going fast).

I have a user that has got new email-address. The result became that she got a new "room" in Mural.

We are having an enterprise work space and azure connection to Mural. When the user got new e-mail-address she does not be able to access the old account room.

I tried to "Remove" the old account and transfer the content of the old account to the new room. The user has not received any content yet...

Does this take long time?

Is there a better way?

    Hi Jelica.

    My issue (must have been/I believe ) it was related to the issue Mural have been working with regarding ransferring content from removed users to other users.

    It is understandable that new mail address gives a new user-account. But when I removed the “old user account” the content did not pop up at the target user account.

    This issue I believe was related to some bugs in the software. I got message from Support that this “transfer issue” had been solved.

    And Support did help me in restoring the canvas from old user account. So everything has been solved.
