workload and wellbeing template

I was looking for something like this (it's a bit blurry)... and then maybe a bit more visually interesting..

Would you like to see this template in MURAL? 👀 Up vote the idea and comment below why this is important to you.

  • This is neat! Is the idea that each person takes a sticky and places it on the matrix where they fall or that each person does a matrix with their projects as stickies? I could see both as being very useful.

Great idea to have 2 axis for those dimensions! Cool :-)

I would like to take it and add shapes for people's avatars, so that they could move their avatar (= name in a shape) around and on their "current status". Thank you for the inspiration!

  • @Amanda the teammembers put a sticky where they fall. We use a tool in some of our teams. It's a form in Teams

In another team people are a bit less tech savvy. They are comfortable with using mural now so that's why I prefer to use mural. So I transferred the template into mural, but it looks a bit blurry. And I like the options in Mural to make the whiteboard a bit more visually attractive..?However for this weeks retro I didn't have the time to work on that.

So I was hoping that others in the community could help there 😜

Thanks Amanda. Looks great :-) With Comfortable I meant if the team members are feeling safe enough in the team to be open about not feeling so well emotionally or sharing that they are in the panic workload mode. And that they have some routine in using mural basic functionality (eg writing on a stick note, dragging it etc)

@Amanda I guess this is not relased yet as a template..(can't wait to start using it...😎)

  • Hey @Trudie you should be able to use it. It won't be in the library yet, but stay tuned for updates around that!

If that doesn't work let me know and I can send a different way!

Thank you it works!! For our team we are working with the round post-its with a name..as with a dino you don't know who is who.. (I've modified the version for our team)

  • Perfection! Yes, I went back and forth on whether or not to have it be stickies with names or icons.

I went with icons so people could share a space. Looking at yours though, I could have shrunk the circle stickies to solve it. 😅

  • The power of working together :-)
