If you want to add some “divine” flavor to your Agile #Retrospective, Dante 700th anniversary is your chance to get it: there's a template for you.⬇

This retrospective is based on The Divine Comedy: a long Italian narrative poem by #DanteAlighieri, written in 1308: it describes Dante's travels through Hell, Purgatory, and Paradise.

As an Italian, I’m proud to theme a retro with an Italian poem that's widely considered to be the pre-eminent work in Italian literature and one of the greatest works of world literature.

📍The purpose of "the divine retrospective is to give time to connect with team members and with how we feel about the last iteration,but with a “divine” vibe. Use it as a space to reflect, generate insights and decide what to do(framework by Esther Derby&Diana Larsen (she/her).

I added some micro animation to the MURAL board to make it more engaging and more alive

- Where was the evilness, bringing out the worst of us? Why?
