💡Feature Idea: Give workspace admins the right to update rooms

As workspace admin we set up naming conventions for rooms used for client content.

The naming convention has not been followed for a few rooms

I want to update the name but have to contact a lot of people to get it done because I don't have room admin rights and as a super user / workspace admin, I cant make any updates to the room
