How can colleagues getting own workspace copy my templates
Hello, can anyone offer any advice/instructions on this? While training my colleagues to use MURAL, they were invited as members into my account.
Now they are creating their own workspaces and would like to copy many of my templates into them. They still have access to my workspace and will be within the same organization.
How can they most easily copy my templates into their own accounts? Do I have to publish mine as templates individually? There are a lot and I am hoping there is a way they can get them into their own accounts themselves. Thanks!

Template is a good idea anyway.. but they can click on the v button right to the mural name and choose Duplicate Mural.

Should be as the dialog has Workspace and Room... so at least into some shared room if not their own.

Hi! As I see it, a template currently cannot be duplicated or moved into another workspace. I wished it was possible to easier provide / publish templates to several workspaces to provide the same template to different groups of users.

Hi @Christina, if you invite the members to the murals where the templates are located, they will be able to duplicate the murals into their personal workspaces, provided they have a room created in the destination workspace.
Remember, the owner must give them access to the original workspace, or you could the templates and share them that way.
