💡Feature Idea: Selective Copying

When some elements of a diagram are locked and some are not, selecting them all and copying them (ctrl+c) only copies the unlocked elements. Just as users can use ctrl+shift to select locked elements, it would be nice if users could copy all elements, locked and unlocked, when using ctrl+shft to copy.

Sometimes it is necessary to lock certain elements of a diagram to prevent users from moving them, but when the work is complete, users currently have to unlock everything in order to copy everything, requiring users to go back and relock all of the elements that need to be locked.
