💫 New Okta and Azure Active Directory integrations for easier member management
More easily provision and deprovision members and control their access to MURAL with new Okta and Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) integrations to support SCIM and SSO. Part of MURAL's advanced identity management solution.
- The Okta connector is now available for Enterprise plans.
- The Azure AD connector is now available for Enterprise plans for SSO only with SCIM provisioning coming soon.
- Each connector is also available for Business plans for administering SSO only.

Now when you export a mural, or an area from a mural, it will download directly in the same browser window as a PDF or PNG, instead of being sent as a download link via email. Direct download is a faster, more reliable way to export murals. Learn more.

💬 Easily share a template in the MURAL App for Teams
Search through MURAL’s 300+ free templates and share in a direct message or channel message from inside of Teams. The recipients can instantly create a mural from the template.
⚡️ New actions for MURAL’s Zapier integrations
We’ve added a new enhancement to MURAL’s Zapier integrations. Now, in addition to creating sticky notes, you can now have other application trigger the creation of a new mural to automate workflows, streamline processes, and keep your team aligned.
🖼 Enhancements to improve the usability of freeform areas
We’ve fixed several bugs and issues related to freeform areas for a better user experience. When resizing areas to make them larger or smaller on a canvas, they now correctly absorb and expel objects like connectors, sticky notes, and more.
👥 A redesigned share modal
We’ve streamlined the design of the share modal to speed up sharing and improve teamwork. The functionality and permissions are the same, but the look and organization of the modal is a bit less cluttered for a better user experience.
💌 Updates to comments notification settings
To keep you informed and looped into important conversations without an influx of alerts, we’ve turned off comment notifications by default for when anyone comments in a mural that you’ve joined. If you would like to turn this back on, you can easily update this in your account settings under notifications.
