💡Feature Idea: Have a back-up to administrators who can re-activate members and guests

Our long-term clients often need to be re-activated after a period of time. As I understand it, only the single account admin can re-activate a user. This can be a inconvenient if that person isn't available in them moment re-activation is needed. What if board owners could re-activate users for people invited to their board? Or maybe there is another way to handle this. Thanks!
