Template Idea: Make A Mondrian Art Challenge
A fun icebreaker or well-being art challenge so I can help the team collaborate and be more creative.
The motivation to create this template was to facilitate a well-being activity the entire team can contribute to.
Apart from some amazing works of art being created the expected outcome is a happier and more relaxed working environment especially with the challenges remote working brings.
Hope you like the template.
Thanks
Michael

I feel like this is such an effective activity as so many people are intimidated by freehand drawing. This is almost like facilitating with Legos in-person and it allows for creativity but with some constraints. I'd love to hear your thoughts @mickeymickeygg

@mickeymickeygg Yes! I have been wanting to ask you if you would share the template but did not want to seem shameless😅. Thank you so much for sharing it! I love the concept and am thinking about ways I could incorporate it into my business and core skills classes.

@Christina I'm so glad I shared it now 😁 Really excited to see how you incorporate this in to your classes and please reach out if I can help in anyway.

@Shari You hit the nail on the head, with so many different stakeholders involved in an icebreaker/well-being session (not necessarily from a design background) a drag and drop activity feels less intimidating and more inclusive. I wasn't expecting so many to use the shapes as building blocks to create faces, animals etc. but that's the fun thing about an exercise like this. Can't wait to see how you use the template!
