Hello! I’m a strategic learning experience designer here at Cummins, but that really means I get involved in the overall Talent Development lifecycle, not JUST learning I’ve been a certified LUMA Practitioner, Instructor, and Coach now for about 10yrs, but first and foremost always an active Practitioner! I use HCD outside my work in volunteer roles and in life in general. I’m always looking to learn or re-learn from others. I believe as long as we keep an open mindset, there is ALWAYS something to learn!
