Hi I’m Matt a Product Manager and I’m working toward my Luma Practitioner Certification.
I’m currently between jobs and need volunteers to participate in my remote Problem Tree Analysis and Visualize the Vote sessions that I will present during my coaching session.
I have a well researched problem statement and am looking for 4 to 6 volunteers who are willing to donate 1 hour of their time to participate while I facilitate the “Identify and agree on the right problems to solve” Recipe session.
If you are willing to help me out please reply to this post. It should only take about one hour.
Hey there, Matt! Welcome to the community, we’re so happy to have you here.
Excited to see other @LUMA-Alumni step in here as volunteers but I’d be more than happy to help if you still need some spots to fill after more people get their eyes on this.
In the meantime and future, please do not hesitate to reach out at ANY time if there is anything I can help with
Thanks to everyone who has offered to help. I’ll set up the board tomorrow and schedule an hour for the workshop next week. Looking forward to meeting everyone who is able to attend!
Hi Everyone. I’ve created the board and am planning the session for Tuesday October 27th from 7 to 8 PM Eastern Time. I realize that time and day may not work for each of you and that is OK. If I can get at least 3 people it should be enough. The problem I have at the moment is that I don’t know how to add people to my mural board. @will can you explain how I can add the participants? For example will I need email addresses from the participants?
Hey Matt, you don’t need to collect their emails, just share a link with them instead when the time to collaborate comes: you can add the link to the calendar invite, or share in chat while in the meeting together.
How? Super easy! As pre-work, make sure your sharing settings are open. I recommend choosing “anyone else with the link > can edit”. Then you click “copy link” and paste it in the chat or cal invite.
